Local Fone Service is a national provider of telecommunications
products and services, including prepaid dialtone, to the
growing sub-prime consumer marketplace. Local Fone Service
will be merging with SelectComm in a going public transaction
that will see the new entity listed on the TSX-V under symbol
“RBN” in Spring 2006. In conjunction with the
larger SelectComm financing, HDL also financed a share sale
transaction for Local Fone Service.
