Andrew has been involved in numerous internet and mobile businesses over the past 15 years
culminating in several transactions including: Lavalife's exit to Memberworks; Lavalife Mobile's
acquisition of Mobile Lifestyles; and Fotiva's exit to Adobe. Andrew joined Lavalife in 2003 to
start up Lavalife Mobile which quickly grew to a large 8 figure business. In addition Andrew was
the SVP of Business Development responsible for all growth related partnerships companywide.
In the late 1990's and early 2000's Andrew lived in the Bay Area first joining Photopoint as
employee #1, responsible for Business Development and early sales, closing large commercial
agreements with Kodak, Epson and Infospace. He later worked in the same role at Fotiva which successfully
exited to Adobe. Andrew originally came from the financial services industry with experience in
both retail banking and institutional equity sales. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from
the University of Western Ontario, London, Canada.
