mining company and a producer of copper, zinc and precious
metals from its mines and plants in Manitoba and Saskatchewan
and zinc oxide from its Zochem division in Ontario. HudBay
recently acquired Hudson Bay Mining and Smelting Co., Limited
for C$316 million from Anglo American plc. HDL Capital financed
the early growth capital requirements for OntZinc Corporation,
which later became HudBay.
