Patrick Hinds

Patrick joined HDL in 2025 as a Senior Associate, bringing deep experience in M&A execution, financial due diligence, and EBITDA analysis. He supports the firm’s M&A practice by delivering clear, data-driven insights that help clients navigate acquisitions and divestitures with confidence.

He holds a BA in Economics with a Minor in Business Management from Dalhousie University. Prior to joining HDL, Patrick worked at MNP and BDO in their Corporate Finance and Transaction Advisory groups, advising private equity and strategic buyers on mid-market deals across manufacturing, healthcare, technology, consumer products, and a range of other industries.

Outside of work, Patrick is a passionate home cook, weekend cyclist, and lifelong hockey player — as well as a loyal Seattle Seahawks fan.
