Dylan, Senior Associate at HDL Capital, specializes in M&A advisory with prior experience at BDO Canada. He holds a Finance degree from the University of Ottawa and enjoys sports, travel, and an active lifestyle.

Dylan joined HDL Capital in 2025 as a Senior Associate. His focus is on providing M&A advisory support to companies in the lower middle market, assisting with the execution of transactions, and working closely with clients, investors, and advisory teams to achieve successful outcomes.

Dylan graduated from the Telfer School of Management at the University of Ottawa in 2020 and holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree specializing in Finance. He began his professional career in 2021 with BDO Canada’s M&A and Capital Markets team, where he spent four years advising organizations across various industries including Manufacturing and Distribution, Transportation and Logistics, Professional Services, and Healthcare.

Dylan is passionate about sports including hockey, golf, soccer, basketball, and pickleball. He also enjoys traveling, skiing, and hiking as part of his commitment to fitness and maintaining an active and healthy lifestyle.
